How to use Life Budget in the Project Financial Management

Summary:

We need to enable Life Budget for projects (Cost Budget) whereby we will have single budget number for the life of the project (e.g. USD 28 MN for 3 years project life) without any distribution among the years/accounting periods.


I remember there was an option on EBS Project Costing called 'Time Phase' where we could define the budget period range, but not able to find an equivalent option on Fusion Project Financial Management.
