Hi,

When learner reports an issue with course/offering using More Actions> Report feature, no bell icon notification / email notification  triggered to learn Admin. Could somebody help what steps to be enabled, in order to trigger the notifications when report feature is used?  

Pls Note: Notifications are enabled at system level. BI agent - emails are triggering. Approval notifications are triggering at Bell icon.
