ARCS - Difference between "confirmed" and "confirmed (no ambiguous)" in "many to many" rule type

Summary:

Hi, I wanted to understand the difference between "confirmed" and "confirmed (no ambiguous)" in the "many to many" rule and my understanding (please correct if I'm wrong) is many to many rule produces no ambiguous results as it always sums up the balancing attribute as per the other attribute provided in the rule condition and performs the matching. The same might apply to many to 1 and 1 to many as well. Could you please let me know if there are scenarios where they can produce ambiguous results and when these match statuses should be used.

Note: I have went through the admin documentation as well and could not find any information related to this.
