Is it possible to dynamically display a link on the New Help Desk Request page?
Ability to add a URL link or attachment to a new help desk request ticket that displays only when specific help desk request category is selected
When creating a new help desk request, there is the ability to conditionally show custom fields based on different layouts using Visual Builder Studio. Our client raised a question if there is the ability to add a URL link or some type of link attachment to the new help desk request page and only have it display when a certain category is selected.
Curious if anyone else has done this for a client or if this is something that is even possible.
