Performance Document Ratings - Dashboard - Prompt Question

OTBI - can a prompt be used to define which column to be used in a filter

Content (required):

I'm trying to generate a dashboard prompt which will define which column to use in a report filter. For example if the user selected 'Manager' in a prompt the the report would run a filter based on the manager rating field ("- Performance Rating"."Average Manager Overall Rating"). If the user selected 'Worker' then "- Performance Rating"."Average Worker Overall Rating" would be used.
