Can we limit the "Way to Create a Work Relationship" when converting a Pending Worker?

edited Jun 30, 2023 7:16PM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

This is a bit of an exploratory question, but hang in there with me. When you're looking to convert a pending worker from the pending worker table, depending on the employee type, the system pre-generates a list of values for the field of "What's the way to create the work relationship."

We've noticed that this LoV changes depending on if the pending worker record is recognized as an ex-employee/ex-contract worker vs a net-new employee. Our question is hopefully simple: Is there a way we can limit the "way" here and only allow "Rehire of Workforce" for example as opposed to displaying all 3 ways for an ex-employee/ex-contingent?

Howdy, Stranger!
