Not able to trigger OIC event post purchase order update on order header or line

Summary:

We are trying to trigger OIC event after updating customer PO number on sales order header or line, but it is not generating any OIC event after order revision is submitted. We want to know if this is possible and out of below setups which is required :-

1. Manage Order Attributes That Identify Change

2. Manage business event trigger events

3. Both 1 and 2.
