New to Fusion and looking to produce a report that identifies all data changes made, when the change occurred and who initiated the transaction. I have been successful with the latter two, but not the first.

I’ve found the most useful info to come from the Workforce Management – Person Real Time subject area. There is a data element entitled “Effective Latest Change” but it returns a Yes value instead of identifying actual change.

I’ve also included “Reason Code” but that doesn’t have a value in all instance as there are several changes that can be processed without one.
