Need to map 2 JET CSS files to 2 different Commerce Processes.

Content (required):

We are using 2 different commerce processes in our project. We have a common CSS file for commerce, which is JET CSS file from Stylesheet page. Now want to change the UI/UX of one commerce process completely, so the idea is to create a new CSS file and add it to file manager and call these CSS files according to the commerce process from which the quote is created.
