Updating RTF for Element Register Report

Summary:

There is an error on the Element Result Report that produces split lines for Person Number.

I need to update the rtf to correct this.

Content (required):

When submitting a flow for the Run Element Results Register the export to xlsx produces a split line for Person Number.

Oracle provided guidance on how to correct this, but when I correct the rtf and upload, then run the report again the report still has the same error.

Is there a process that needs to run to update this seeded report or am I missing something else?
