Is anyone successfully using Bill Management and Snap Pay for Credit Card Payments?
We are attempting to configure Bill Managment with Snap Pay for clients to self-pay invoices by credit card. We are able to process the payment through the single payment method as if the client called in and a CSA entered the information for them. Unfortunately, when we do the same action through Bill Management the token Oracle receives from Snap Pay fails to save. Therefore, when the payment is submitted it fails due to missing token.
Oracle states this is a defect and are working on it, however this would mean no one has ever gotten this integration to work in Bill Management. I was wondering if anyone has gotten it to work, in case there is something off with our configuration.
