Prevent back dating address changes
Summary:
I have been asked by the business to prevent out of state address changes to be back-dated. For example, if I am changing my address from FL to PA, it needs to at least be effective in the current pay period for tax reasons. I'm certain I can just remove the field, and it will default to current day, but I was curious if there was a way to limit back-dating, but allow future dating, before going that route? Any input is fully appreciated!
