Can we set categories to be select by default when landed on explore tab in redwood learner pages

Summary:

We have a requirement that when learners land on explore tab, Categories should be selected by default and the topics within them should be displayed and not all the catalog that's available in learning.

Ex: we have Categories like Online Trainings and within that category we have udemy,skillsoft etc., as topics, our requirement is that when learner lands on explore, he should see Udemy, Skillsoft etc.,
