Would like to update Item Revision UDA from Master Org to Child Org for selected attributes

Looking for solution to update Item Revision UDA from Master Organization to Child Organization for selected list of Item Revision attributes. tried with the use of Item Rule but ended with no possibilities.

Any thoughtful idea would be helpful!!
