Hi guys,

We have a contingent worker which has two assignments: He has one assignment as an external (contingent worker) and also an assignment internal as an employee.

How can we manage this in the system?

Currently we chose the Employment Model "2 Tier - Multiple assignments". Right now we can either hire an employee or an external, but it's not possible to save one internal assignment and one external assignment to the same person.

Could you please help with this?
