Why did Background Process change Learning assignments to Deleted?

Summary:

We had 11 learning assignments that were in In Process status be changed to Deleted. The "Last Updated by" field is ReconcilePreactiveAssignments job. We cannot find any information on this Job and would like to know more about why these assigments were marked Deleted.

Content (required):

When trainer wanted to change the In Progress Learners to Completed, she discovered they were marked Deleted by the system. We need more information on why the system changed them to Deleted.

This occurred in 23A, but we are currently using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
