Is it possible to customized email notification template to have window pop-up to approve or reject

Summary:

The approval email notification is not very user friendly as after clicking on the approve employee still have to click on send when the second window pop-up and client is asking if there is way to customized this email notification.

1. Either this should pop-up the window which will be similar to in-app window

2. OR Email will have only In-app notification.

Does anyone has any exposure to this kind of requirement?
