Exception in expression error in "Hire an Employee" flow

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing the following exception in expression while I am using the Hire an Employee flow

To be more specific we get this error in the Salary Section. However, the weirdest thing is that this error doesn't always occur. If I hire an employee now I could receive this error and if I cancel and hire an employee with the exact same information then we will not get the error.

Does anyone know what this error is and how to resolve it?
