Does VBCS support multiple IAM domains for OAuth?

I have read in multiple places (docs, forums) that VBCS requires an IDCS instance for OAuth support. I'm assuming that it will also work with IAM domains since we are told that is a seamless replacement for IDCS. I would prefer if we could configure VBCS to work directly with Okta for OAuth without having to federate through IAM. If that is an option, I would love to hear about it!

Assuming that the IAM instance is necessary, I have a question about VBCS support for multiple IAM identity domains. Is that possible? Or do we need to configure the federation so there is only one Identity Provider / Authorization Server for VBCS?
