Missing Collective Agreement Seniority Date Row

An hour based employee's Collective Agreement Seniority Dates seniority page only reflects the days based seniority from previous assignment.

 

We have checked back-end report to view complete seniority records and parameters for the employee.

CASD record effective 6/27/2022 (global transfer date) has values (please refer to the attached Excel file) and should have created a new row in CASD panel.

 

We have changed the seniority basis of this employee from Days to Hours through HDL file loading and recalculated the Collective Agreement Seniority Dates through scheduled processes using 197 as past period in days and 6/27/2022 CASD row is still not generating.
