Learning Specialist - Privileges

Hi Team,
Please let me know if we can remove the below features/ section from Learning specialist access.
- Create Classroom/ Instructor
- Remove the section 'Setup' at the bottom of Learning admin page completely
Tried with removing below privileges but these are not helping.
- Removed 'Manage Training resources'
Contemoved 'Manage Learning Setup'ent (required):
