Physical Adjustment

Hello,

In the scenario we have more than 100,000 items but we need to perform the Physical Adjustment on only 1 item.

Please advise how to proceed ?

Note that, we are currently performing the Physical Adjustment.

Is it not possible to do a Physical Inventory Adjustment for only 1 specific item instead of having the full list of all items being displayed?
