Finalized Transaction Tax Reports

Hi

I read the documentation for oracle tax process, and I got difficulty to understand following step:

I can't find this report in "Financial Reporting Center" or in "Reports and Analytics" menu. Could you please advise what is the report name to get the transactions that finally reported in closed tax period?
