How to Mass Add Users in FND_READ_ONLY_MODE

Summary:

We want to know if we can Mass Add or Mass Assign user with Read Only Profile option.

Provide Read-Only Access (oracle.com) gives us instruction how to manually add per user. While there is an Import option but don't know how to use it.
