How do I add an action reasons to Request Position Change

Summary:

I am trying to add additional reasons to the action Request Position Change. I went to Workforce Structures >Configure Actions. I added a reason called Supervisor Change but there was no 'Type' called Request Position Change so I used Update Position.

I then went to Action Reasons and created a Supervisor Change.

I expected the reason to show up when I entered the Request a Position Change but the only reasons are Promotion and Reorganization. What am I doing wrong?

I also saw an action called Position Change so I added the action reason I created called 'Supervisor Change' hoping it would show up but it is not. Any advice on how to update the reasons under Request A Position Change would be much appreciated.
