OIC Notification - Email Attachment Size Limit

Summary:

There seems to be a limit on OIC Notification Activity's File Attachment (around 1.4MB) - it would be noted as error, the notification won't be sent at all (anything lower than that, it's working fine). I tried to apply a Stage File Zip under the assumption that it would compress the size but I don't think it did. Is there another way within OIC to handle lowering the file size like compressed zip? The usual size is around upper limit of 2MB. We are only limited to use the built-in OIC Notification, as client isn't open yet to use a
