Filter Talent Review 9-Box to Most Recent Rating

Summary:

Measures calculating percentage of employees by 9-box rating are including old ratings that have been filtered out of the analysis.

Content (required):

We have built a Talent Review dashboard which includes a version of the provided 9-Box matrix showing percentage of employees by 9-box rating.

The issue is that employees are often in more than one meeting per year, so it is pulling in multiple 9-Box scores for individual employees, skewing the data. I put a rank filter in the analysis to remove the old values and while it correctly filters them out of the data table, the measures providing 9-box percentage are still calculating based on all review scores, including the old scores I filtered out.

Howdy, Stranger!
