Http Error Code 403

Hello! We have a few SCORM courses that are giving users an error when they are trying to complete  their course. Its The message  says "Failed to save your progress. Http Status Code of 403 was returned. These are for courses we created in Lectora that users have been using for years without issue. The error is new and came on suddenly. I sent it to our IT department too but I was wondering if any one else has run into this before or had any insight that I could share with them or if it was something I had to do
