I can not login with my account and can not reset password

After Oracle migrated my free tier account to OCI IAM, I can't loging again.
Content (required):
Some time ago Oracle reported some migration to OCI IAM, after that I lost access to my free account. I am the administrator user so I lost complete access to my tenant. I try to reset password and I recieve an email telling me that there isn't an account associated to my email. I also try to recreate the account but the console reports that I already registered on Oracle Cloud account.
I try to access the previous console through this url console but it report a Forbidden access.
