Monthly scheduled hours

Is there a way in HCM to find the monthly scheduled hours for an employee?

Does anyone how if this information is stored in a table?

For example in the table hwm_tm_rec_grp_sum there is scheduled_hours which indicates how many hours an employee is scheduled to work in this month. However this is only filled out if the employee has entered and started on a time card.

In our case we need the information regardless if the employee has started a time card or not.

Hope someone can help me.
