Process a Predefined Resource Alert ESS created post scheduling of a resource alert?

edited May 29, 2023 10:47AM in HCM REST APIs 2 comments

Summary:

Can we please confirm the system expected behaviour post configuration and scheduling of a resource alert in regards to the ESS 'Process a Predefined Resource Alert'?

I have found the 'Process a Predefined Resource Alert' scheduled process scheduled under my name but I did not manually schedule this. However, the ESS submission notes list the alert id of the resource alerts I created and scheduled. Have not seen documentation on this behaviour, so keen to get confirmation on whether this is to be expected! Thank you!
