Summary:

While creating quality inspection, inspections are getting submitted for approval without entering results. Customer is not happy with this behavior. Results for all characteristics must be entered before submitting for approval. Need to have this validation. Because COA (Certificate of Analysis) is based on the inspection results. This leads to incomplete COA and causing compliance issue. Without complete COA, material can not be shipped from warehouse. This is a must requirement. Please suggest if there is a way/workaround to address this requirement.
