Annualized Salary for terminated employees

I wanted to create an analysis to get terminated employees annualized salary.

Content (required):

I used compensation salary history details real time object and the result shows an incorrect annualized salary. It's a hug gap in between actual amount and the value shows in the analysis. I tried to use Compensation salary details real time but it didn't show me result but an error. What should be the correct subject area to use for this analysis?
