Require Project numbering prefix as well as suffix

Summary:

Project numbering prefix as well as suffix (we have requirement project number generate based on classification codes)

As per the standard functionality we have only prefix and automatic numbering but our requirement is as below

We need to create the project with a custom project numbering (Automatic Numbering + Current year +Department)
