Due to Attachment Category and It's Visibility to Each Involved Party at the Cycle, It's Important to know who will See this Attachment ?

Content (required):

It's Very Important to know and inform the End User on Attachment Category Basis who will see this Attachment as i Receive Cases that User Has Entered Miscellenious Attachment Categoy but the Vendor Can't See this Attachments.

so It Would be Very Appreciated to Help with who Can See the Attachment for Sourcing, Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition
