Are of responsibility buy Regions and also maintaining regions for a person

For most of our global customers we are using regions like EMEA/APAC.....

I didnt find any place in system to maintain Regions

for example how do we say that all the employees in Thailand, Singapore, Malesia belong to APAC?

and more over how can we creates AOR By this regions? for example i have a HRBP that responsible for all APAC

How can i define it? what is the best practice for this?
