Search bar does not work

Summary:

After selecting an action we are no longer able to search people in the search bar.

Content (required):

Hello,

when we select an action and then try to find people in the search bar, the search returns no more results.

We are able to search for people in the search bar in home page but it doesn't work when we have chosen an action before (eg termination, change assignment and so on).

Can anyone help me solve the problem?
