Country Of Origin field is block to update in receiving process.

In the receiving of Purchase order the field Country Of Origin is block to update and I don't know why.

The strange is that for few items that the PO is old when I come to do the receiving the Country Of Origin is open to update but for the same item with other PO the COO is closed to update.

do u have any idea why?
