Associating Secondary Ledger with Asset book

Summary:

Hello,

I have a requirement where I want to view my leased assets in Secondary Ledger but not on Primary Ledger. I've considered creating a tax book specifically for Leased assets. However, Tax book is associated with corporate book (having primary ledger) and the associated ledger for the tax book is also Primary ledger.

Since I want my leased asset data to be shown ONLY in secondary ledger and not primary, do we have a work around for this?
