Base seniority date
Summary: we are writing fast formula for calculating seniority date. Base Seniority Date is automatically getting assigned with effective start date when employee is hire or rehire. My client want if employee is getting hired as part time regular then base seniority date should not be assigned as effective start date. Seniority date should not be calculated at all for part time regular employee. Can you please assist. on this?
