Customer would like to have a check or approval on ceratin changes made by a HR Back Office administrator. If one person (HR admin) makes a change (e.g. grade or salary) an Approval or notifiaction should be send to another HR administartor or e.g. to HR Business partners.

Any suggestion or example to to establish this?
