Hi Oracle Community!

Does anyone know why the edit/delete button for an entry/transaction that was submitted in DOR is not showing?

The transaction was approved and shows as completed in the Transaction Console, however, it needs to be edited but the edit button is not visible/available. The employee is active in the system.

Normally it would look like this, where the edit/delete buttons are visible:

But it is showing like this, not allowing to edit it.
