Waived prerequisites it not working

Hi All,

We have assigned a course to a learner and the course is waive prerequisite but when we click on "View Offerings" then system showing us a warning message that "You haven't met the prerequisites. You need to complete the prerequisites to enroll in this learning item" so we are not sure about this why we are getting this warning message.

Please suggest, we have missing something.
