Summary:

We have a requirement for a new Parental Paid Leave plan that Staff must take at least 80 hours per increment (we have this part working), and can take up to 240 hours every 12 months (starting at their 6 month BE date- we have this working)

what is not working is if the employee takes 100 hours one month, and three months later tries to take 200, then that is over the 240 limit, and yet it is letting them save it and also showing up on the calc card with the 300 hours .

Please help. Attached is our global absence plan roll backward End formula
