Oracle to Peoplesoft Sync

Summary:

There is an existing PS system which is being used by the customer. We are now implementing Oracle HCM cloud and for few things like payroll, PeopleSoft is going to co exist with Oracle HCM for next 1 year or so.

Oracle is going to be the system of records while PS will be used to generate the payroll. Hence, we need to establish a sync such that the 2 systems are able to share the workforce data, workforce compensation structure, time and absence data.

What is the best approach to create this sync between the 2 systems? Unable to find any existing Recipe or OOB integration.
