Skip the approval of the Learning Requestor's Manager when the Learning Requestor is a Line Manager
Summary:
For our client We have configured a Learning Request approval flow that is strctured as follows:
The learning request made by an employee is approved firstly by the Requestor's manager, then by the Business Area Rapresentative, and finally by HR.
Our client requests a second specific rule:
When the learning request is made by a Manager (Learning Requestor = Line Manager) the approval must go directly to the Business Area Representative and not to the Learning Requestor's Manager.
Question
We tried to configure this rule by making several attempts but each time the approval request still get to the Manager of the Line manager (i.e. the Learning Requestor)
