Queries on creating a new work relationship.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We need to bulk upload the data for staff where we have to make updates to legal employer & Department details. Which means we will have to terminate the existing record and will be creating a new work relationship for these bulk staff so that all the future dated history is maintained against the new record. 

For example, one employee is having 4 actions as below. and now we have to terminate this work relationship effective as of 1/1/2023 and we would like to create a new work relationship with new legal employer name as of 2/1/2023. All the records after 2/1/2023 (i.e., 05/01/2023, 12/2/2023, 21/03/2023) should come to the new work relationship.
