Use Current Cost Flag Yes or No on Miscellaneous Transaction UI

Hello Experts

we are using Actual Cost Method. When User does Miscellaneous Transaction then user select "Use Current Cost Flag" and Provide as Cost on lines when selected as NO

we are trying to build a report to show whether user has selected Use Current Cost Flag No or Yes and what cost provided.

Challenge is that we are NOT able to find how to bring in report to show what value user has selected value for Use Current Cost Flag"

Can any one guide how we can achieve this?
