In self service supplier registration, user can save a draft registration request to complete and submit later. In another case, a registration request can be pushed back to external user who can provide more details to the request and submit again. Over time, draft registration requests can accumulate in the system. Even though internal user can look up the requests on the Manage Supplier Registration Requests page in the Suppliers work area, a report provides a more friendly and flexible way to monitor those requests.

Here is a sample BIP report that allows you to look up draft registration requests in your system as well as their ages in days. You will be able to review and take proper follow up action accordingly.
