Rule Erroring Out: Problem with @hspnumtostring

Summary:

Our script begin erroring out all of sudden with the portion represented below. This is a Rule that is calculating expenses for payroll and aggregating it up to summary account. If I remove this portion, the script runs perfectly fine.

I have went through many forms and saw similar issues when trying to use a smart list with hspnumtostring, but none have helped me with resolve our particular issue. The smart list is just a list of Months (Jan,Feb,Mar....).
